摘要 邵深1井是位于高邮凹陷深凹带邵伯构造低位扇圈闭上的一口重点预探井。该井垛一段顶部灰黑色玄武岩易发生井漏,戴一段、阜宁组微裂隙发育的硬脆性泥页岩水敏性强,坍塌压力系数较大,"五高导泥岩"极易发生井壁失稳而产生掉块和井壁坍塌,储层物性差。该井上部采用聚合物体系,下部采用聚磺防塌体系,用乳化石蜡解决了因地层倾角造成井斜超标、摩阻扭矩大的难题。应用结果表明,该套体系抑制泥页岩水化分散能力强,性能稳定,维护简单,同时提高了钻进速度,达到了发现和保护油气层的目的,有效地减少了井下复杂和故障的发生。超低渗透剂、成膜降滤失剂、乳化石蜡润滑剂在该井的成功应用,为新技术的推广应用积累了宝贵资料。 Well Shaoshen-1 is the key exploration well of Sinopec. In this well, two mud systems were applied, polymer mud in upper part and polysulfonate inhibitive mud in lower part. The result of application showed the mud systems had some characteristics such as good inhibition, excellent stability, simple maintenance, high drilling rate and protecting reservoirs.
