赤铁矿粒径对G级水泥工程物理性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 实验研究了不同粒径范围内赤铁矿粉对水泥浆密度、析水量和水泥石抗压强度的影响。用密度为2.40g/cm3的水泥浆进行的实验结果表明,赤铁矿粉粒径对水泥浆工程性能影响较大,加入粒径为0.100~0.154mm赤铁矿的水泥石抗压强度最大,但析水量也较大,体积收缩较为严重,因此应尽量减少其所占比例;在相同密度条件下,赤铁矿粉粒径小时不仅用量需要增加,而且和其他粒径赤铁矿粉相比水泥石抗压强度随其比例的增大增加幅度不大。因此粒径为0.043~0.100mm是赤铁矿粉较为合适的粒径范围,粒径小于0.043mm的赤铁矿粉含量应越少越好。 Some experiments had been done to study the influence of hematite’s particle size distribution on cement slurry’s density, free water and compressive strength. The results showed that hematite’s particle size distribution has great influence on the properties of 2.4 g/cm3 cement slurry. The ratio of 0.100-0.154 mm hematite should be minimized because of the high value of free water and shrinkage ratio of cement stone. At the same density, the compressive strength of the cement stone increases a bit with more hematite (<0.043 mm) mixed. Therefore, the particle size 0.043-0.100 mm is the best.
