摘要
以丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸和2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸为单体,采用水溶液聚合法制备出了AM/AMPS/AA三元共聚物。优化出3种单体共聚的最佳条件为:单体AA加量为单体AM的8%~12%;单体AMPS的加量为15%~20%;引发剂用量在0.20%~0.25%之间;反应温度为30℃;反应时间为4h以上。通过实验研究,将由三元共聚得到的产品提纯后配成质量浓度为0.05%的水溶液,其表观黏度可达40.5mPa·s;用硫酸铝交联,所得冻胶液黏度可达240mPa·s,用过硫酸铵破胶,黏度可降低到5mPa·s以下,几乎无残渣,减小了对地层的伤害。
Acrylamide(AM)/acrylicacid(AA)/2-acrylamido-2-methyl-propanesulfon-ic acid (AMPS) terpolymer was synthe-sized in aqueous solution by polymerization process. The effects of monomer content, amount of initiator, reaction temperature, and reaction time on terpolymer viscosity were studied. The conditions of this polymerization were optimized. The content of acrylic acid was 8%-12%,the content of AMPS was 15%-20%, the amount of initiator was 0.20%-0.25%,the reaction temperature was 30 ℃, and the reaction time was 4 hours. The results showed that the concentration of 0.5‰ aqueous solution was prepared using the purified terpolymer and the apparent viscosity could reach 40.5 mPa·s . Aluminum sulfate crosslinked, the viscosity could reach 240 mPa·s. The viscosity could be reduced to 5 mPa·s below after gel breaking by using ammonium persulfate.
