摘要
昆钢棒线厂第一作业区2号电磁吊行车小车长期以来,不断发生啃轨现象。通过查看、测量、分析.找到了啃轨的原因是车轮轴向间隙及径向间隙较大,致使车轮轴向移动,径向偏摆,导致啃轨。提出了解决行车小车啃轨方法:通过调整车轮轴承的轴向间隙及径向间隙,提高装配质量,取得了较好的效果。
The skew traveling phenomenon of No.2 magnetic crane crab occurred in the first workshop of the Bar&Wire Mill. The authors find the possible causes by viewing, analyzing and researching. Because of poor quality of the wheel assembly and greater accuracy deviation, resulting in axial moving and radial runout, the wheel edge damage the rail. Suggested countermeasure of skew travelingl.That is improve assembly quality by means of djusting the wheel bearing axial clearance and radial clearance, which achieved good results.
