摘要
区域教师教育是"区域的"、"依托区域的"和"为了区域的"之新型教师教育形式。教师教育区域化发展是区域社会发展的有机部分。经济区域化发展、基础教育改革以及近年来的教师教育体制改革成为其存在的理由。它具有本土性、统筹性、系统性和交互性等特点。当前区域教师教育的改革与发展应着重处理好师范院校培养模式的改革以及区域教师教育资源的统筹等问题。
Regional teacher education refers to the new type of teacher education which is of the region, dependent on the region and for the region. Regionalization of teacher education is the organic composition of regional social development due to the economical regionalization, the reform of pre--higher education and teacher education system. Regional teacher education is characterized with being local, systematic, and interactive. The reform and development of current regional teacher education should pay attention to the reform of the cultivation model in normal universities and the integration of regional teacher education resources.
