摘要
教师职务管理制度是高校人事制度改革的核心问题。建国以来,我国高校教师职务管理制度经历了专业技术职务任命制、专业技术职务评定制、专业技术职务聘任制以及专业技术职务岗位管理制四个阶段,高校教师管理初步实现了从身份管理向岗位管理的转变,"按需设岗、按岗聘任、聘约管理"为主要特点的专业技术职务岗位管理制度正逐步成为我国高校基本的用人制度。但现行的高校教师职务管理制度仍有待进一步改革完善,包括:探索多元化的高校教师岗位聘任制度;不断完善高校教师岗位聘任的考核评价体系;逐步建立与教师岗位聘任相配套的社会保障体系等。
Faculty employment system is the key issue of human affairs system reform in colleges and universities. This paper firstly reviews the historical development of the faculty employment system in Chinese higher--education institutions, secondly discusses the principal items of faculty employment system reform in different periods ,and then puts forward some problems to be discussed about the faculty employment system reform . In order to perfect faculty employment system in our country, we should try to diversify our faculty employment system, to perfect our faculty evaluating system, and to set up social security system coordinated with the faculty employment system.
