摘要
目的探讨慢性酒中毒患者应付方式与心理健康状况的相关性。方法对43名慢性酒中毒患者(研究组)和43名无酗酒史的当地市民(对照组)采用症状自评量表、应付方式问卷进行评定分析。结果研究组症状自评量表各因子分均显著高于对照组(P〈0.01);应付方式问卷解决问题、合理化因子分显著低于对照组(P〈0.01),退避、幻想、自责因子分显著高于对照组(P〈0.01)。研究组应付方式与心理健康状况存在相关性。结论慢性酒中毒患者心理健康状况受其应付方式的影响,成熟的应付方式有助于提高慢性酒精中毒患者的心理健康水平。
Objective To investigate the relationship between coping styles and mental health status in patients with chronic alcoholism. Methods 43 cases of chronic alcoholism (study group) and 43 cases of local citizens without a history of alcohol abuse (control group) were surveyed with coping style questionnaire (CSQ) and symptom checklist 90 (SCL-90). The relevant factors were analysed. Results The score of each factor of SCL-90 in study group was significantly higher than that in control group(P〈0.05 or P〈 0.01). The coping style of study group was immature, with characteristic of higher scores in withdrawal (0.76±0. 17), fantasy(0. 75±0. 19) and self-blame(0.66±0.23). There was a closer relation between coping styles and mental health status in patients with chronic alcoholism. Conclusion Mental health status of patients with chronic alcoholism is affected by their coping styles. The mature coping styles can help the patients to improve their mental health status.
