卫生士官学员创新意识状况调查分析

摘要 目的了解现阶段卫生士官学员的创新意识状况。方法采用不记名书面问卷方式,从学员对创新意识培养的认知状况、存在状况、行为状况三个方面,对404名毕业前卫生士官学员进行调查。结果虽然相当数量的学员具有一定的创新意识,但意识存在的广度、强度、深度和对行为实践的推动参差不齐,突出表现为四个方面的缺乏:一是缺乏对创新的基本内涵和具体表现形式的了解;二是缺乏足够的创新性信心、勇气和毅力;三是缺乏必要的创新性思维、技法;四是缺乏宽松的发挥创新性的平台和环境。结论我院卫生士官学员的创新意识状况不容乐观,其结果必然导致学习目标和效果与现代教育改革思路不吻合。如何培养和提高卫生士官学员的创新意识和能力,应是新时期卫生士官教育改革的重大课题。 Objective To understand the present status of innovation consciousness of medical noncommissioned officer students. Methods Four hundred and four under-graduate students of medical noncommissioned officer were surveyed for their cognizing, subsisting and behaving status of innovation consciousness through questionnaires without signing name. Results Althrough determinate innovation consciousness exists among a lot of students, their levels of extension, intensity, depth and the promotion forced on behaving practice are not significantly uniform. The deficiency of innovation consciousness is uncovered outstandingly from four points: including learning of basic connotation and its concrete manifestation ; enough innovative confidence, courage and willpower; essential innovative thought, means and skills ; proper and helpful stage and circumstance. Conclusion The status in quo of innovation consciousness of medical noncommissioned officer students is not optimized, which will lead study purpose unmatched with modem edu- cational innovation ideas. How to cultivate and elevate the innovation consciousness and ability should be a key topic in modem reform of medical noncommissioned officer education.
