摘要
目的:探讨糖尿病合并阑尾炎病人接受阑尾切除术的围手术期的护理经验,以便提高护理水平。方法:对2005年6月～2009年6月入院的38例糖尿病阑尾切除术病人围术期采取有针对性的护理措施,特别是针对血糖控制采取有效的护理措施。结果:全部病例均治愈,无并发症发生。结论:加强糖尿病阑尾切除术病人围手术期护理,对避免术后并发症,提高手术成功率具有重要意义。
Objective：To investigate the nursing experiences on appendectomy surgery in diabetic patients and improve our nursing quality. Methods：Thirty eight diabetic patients who were admitted in our hospital since June 2005 to June 2009 accepted laparoscopic surgery and were given effective nursing care before,during and after surgery,especially targeted hyperglycaemia aspect. Results：All patients had no obvious complication during operation and post operation. All patients recovered from operation.Conclusion：It is important to apply the high quality nuring care for diabetic patients who accetpted appendectomy surgery during the whole process in order to avoid post-operation complications and elevate the success rate of surgery.
