精神科护理常见不安全因素分析与对策

精神科病房已由封闭式管理转向开放式管理和社区护理,这无疑给护理工作带来挑战性,管理上也相应的增加难度,加之精神科本身的特殊性,护理过程中的不安全因素相对增加。笔者分析了本院2000年1月～2008年12期间发生的89起差错,找出了潜在的不安全因素,将其归纳为管理方面、护理人员方面和病人方面三大因素,并针对性的采取相应的改进措施,取得了相应的成效。

The ward of psychiatric department has already turns closed management to open management and community care. It brings the challenge for the nursing work and increasing the difficulty for the management. And the particularity of neurology department,the unsafe factor of nursing in the process is increased. The authors have analyzed 89 mistakes occurred from January 2000 to December 2008. They have discovered the latent unsafe factor,included three major factors,which are the management ,the nursing staffs and the patient himself.After taking the corresponding improvement measure,it has come into effect.
