社区老年人轻度认知障碍的调查分析

Investigation and analysis of mild cognitive impairment for community senior citizen

目的:探讨邵阳市社区老年人轻度认知障碍(MCI)流行病学情况并对其影响因素进行分析。方法:采用中文简易智力状态量表(MMSE)对邵阳市大祥区820例社区老年人进行测试。结果:本组社区老年人MCI的发生率为21.46%,不同年龄、学历、性别的社区老年人其MMSE得分有显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论:邵阳市大祥区老年人MCI发生率与学历、年龄、性别有显著关系。应在社区中对诊断为MCI老年人实施预防阿尔茨海默病(老年性痴呆,AD)的早期护理干预措施。

Objective：To explore the epidemiology state of mild cognitive impairment （MCI） of the elderly in communities in Shaoyang,and to analyze the relative factors.Methods：The mini mental state examination （MMSE） questionnaire was used to test 820 cases of the elderly in communities in Daxiang district of Shaoyang.Results：The incidence rate of MCI of elderly in this group was 21.4%. The MMSE scores of elderly in community with different age,education and sex were significantly different （P0.001）.Conclusion：The incidence rate of MCI of elderly in community in Shaoyang is significantly related to education,age and sex.We should prevent the incidence of AD in advance,especially in the aged people who had been diagnosed as MCI.
