基于降低生产成本和安全方面的因素,国际录井项目服务队伍的当地化是大势所趋。结合苏丹录井队伍的当地化建设,介绍了录井队伍各岗位当地化过程中的培训经验、方法,总结了队伍当地化后的管理经验,以便于指导其他国际录井项目及专业技术服务队伍的当地化实践。

Based on considering the factors of reducing production cost and safety,service team localization is the general trend for international mud logging projects.Combining localization construction of Sudan mud logging teams,the training experiences and methods during localizing each post of mud logging teams in Sudan were introduced,after mud logging team localization,the management experience of it was summed up,thus being easy to guide localization practice for the other international mud logging projects and professional and technical teams.
