摘要
本研究借鉴国外职业倦怠理论和测量工具,采用问卷调查(心理测量量表)的方法,调查目前新疆乌鲁木齐地区高校外语教师职业倦怠的状况并提出一些缓解英语教师职业倦怠的建议。结果表明:从总体来看,被调查的英语教师存在职业倦怠现象,但程度并不十分严重。调查外语教师职业倦怠的实际状况,能为教育行政部门等提供有益的信息,使他们能够针对外语教师职业倦怠采取恰当的干预措施,从而促进外语教师队伍的良性发展。
Based on the theories of job burnout of former researchers, this study researches on the burnout situation of the English teachers in universities in Urumqi, By using a questionnaire, the investigation was conducted among 58 English teachers, The data were analyzed statistically by using the software SPSS. The results showed that the surveyed English teachers suffered from burnout but not to a serious degree. Results of the research are projected to be valuable to educational policy makers, teacher trainers and teachers themselves.
