Project-based learning （PBL） is an instructional method based on the opinions Of constructivism. In college English teaching, it is important to select an appropriate project which is enjoyed by students. The appropriate project can help us enhance teaching effect. This paper discusses the specific project designing, the significances and the main problems which should be paid attention to when applying PBL.
