对影响篮球裁判员临场判罚的主要因素分析

随着国际间体育交流的日益频繁,现代篮球运动的高速发展,中国篮球运动水平得到迅猛的发展,则对篮球裁判工作提出了更新、更高的要求,因此篮球裁判工作面临着巨大的挑战。本文主要采用问卷调查法及专家指导法对影响篮球裁判员判罚准确性的主要因素进行调查分析和探讨,包括对裁判规则的熟悉程度、对裁判法的掌握及运用、临场实践经验的缺乏、心理能力的调节、裁判员的目标等,旨在找出影响篮球裁判员临场判罚的主要因素,为培养高水平篮球裁判员奠定基础。

With the international sports exchanges become more frequent, high-speed development of modem basketball, basketball in China has been the rapid development of the level, then work on the basketball referee newer and higher requirements, therefore faces enormous basketball referee challenges. In this paper, a questionnaire survey on the impact of law and expert guidance Basketball Referees to investigate the main factors are analyzed and discussed, including familiarity with the rules of the referee, a referee method to master and use, spot the lack of practical experience, psychological ability to regulate, referee objectives, to identify the impact of Basketball Referees of the main factors, as lay the foundation for training high-level basketball referees.
