383例男性血清PSA测定影响因素及其临床价值分析

The Factors Influencing Serum Prostate Special Antigen Level

为研究除前列腺癌以外影响血清ＰＳＡ水平波动的因素，我们调查了３８３例健康男性成人，收集血清ＰＳＡ、ＰＡＰ、肛检前后及活检前后ＰＳＡ水平、前列腺直肠指检和Ｂ超等资料进行多元性回归分析。结果显示：Ｂ超前列腺体积、结节、肛检前列腺大小、夜尿次数等与血清ＰＳＡ水平相关。而年龄等因素与ＰＳＡ波动无关。肛检及活检均引起ＰＳＡ波动，但活检引起的波动持续２４小时以上。

The objective of this study is to investigate the factors which influences the PSA level such as:age,size of the prostate,digital rectal examination(DRE),and prostate biopsy.Three hundred eighty-three male were included in this cross sectional study.Serum PSA was assayed by means of Pros check method.Serum PSA was dctermined betore 2 hours and 24hours after prostate biopsy in 14 cases while in 25cases DRE was done inslead of prostate bicpsy.Prostate volume was detected by ultrasound from trans rectal and trans abdominal seanning.The results from multiple linesa regression showed there was significant relationship between PSA level and frequency of nocturia.Prostate volume (detedted by ultrasound examination),nodule size and the size of prostate (detected by DRE).Serum PSA level was increased significantly after prostate biopsy and DRE.
