贫血患者的输血治疗 被引量：4

摘要 急、慢性贫血患者会因组织灌注和氧合不足而出现相应的症状，红细胞制品能提高组织的携氧能力，较药物治疗更迅速地改善症状。因此，红细胞输注是贫血患者的重要治疗手段，一般输入4mL/kg浓缩红细胞可使血红蛋白（Hb）升高约10g／L。但由于血液制品来源有限。且异体输血可能引起一些不良反应．所以临床医师应严格掌握输血适应证．并注意选择合适的红细胞制品。
