摘要
针对现有桥接堵漏剂存在的问题,研制出一种新型自胶结堵漏剂。自胶结堵漏剂为形状不规则的固体颗粒,在水介质环境中发生化学反应,其反应产物充填于颗粒之间,使自胶结堵漏剂胶结在一起,形成具有一定强度的固结体。试验结果表明:自胶结堵漏剂胶结速率及固结体的抗压强度受温度、颗粒粒径及外加剂影响,可通过颗粒粒径及添加剂进行调节;固结体具有一定渗透性,且其渗透率可调,适合于油气层堵漏。
In view of the limitations of traditional lost circulation agents, a novel self-bonding lost circulation agent was pre- pared. The serf-bonding lost circulation agent is solid and irregular in shape, and can react with water. The reaction products fill between particles and cement the particles together. The cementing rate of the self-bonding lost circulation agent and com- pressive strength of cementing body is affected by temperature, particle size and added additives, which can be adjusted by changing particle size and added additives. The cementing body has certain permeability and the permeability can be adjus- ted, so it can be used to control lost circulation in reservoir.
