mTOR通路激活在动脉粥样硬化发生中的作用 被引量:4

摘要 雷帕霉素靶蛋白(mammalian target of rapamycin,mTOR)是哺乳类动物细胞表达的一种丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶。近年研究发现,mTOR通路激活以直接或间接的方式参与了动脉粥样硬化(AS)的发生机制,与炎症反应、脂代谢紊乱在致AS中可能存在协同作用。该文主要从mTOR通路的组成及生理调控机制,炎症、脂代谢紊乱对mTOR通路激活的影响,以及mTOR激活在炎症、脂代谢紊乱促泡沫细胞形成中的作用等几个方面加以综述,旨在对mTOR在AS中作用机制的了解,为临床上防治AS提供新思路。
