摘要
室速/室颤的治疗临床上主要有植入式心脏复律除颤器(ICD)、药物治疗以及射频消融术等方式。虽然ICD植入术是目前首选治疗方案,但是还是存在弊端。药物治疗往往效果不理想,而且有较多的不良反应作用。随着人们对室颤发生机制认识的不断加深以及技术的发展,射频消融越来越多受到重视。
