区域创新驿站建立的借鉴及应考虑的问题

The Building of Region Innovation Relay Center

为了帮助中小企业进行技术创新活动,我国提出了创新驿站的建立问题,其中涉及如何建立区域性创新驿站。为了给区域创新驿站建立提供支持,文章对欧盟创新驿站和我国上海创新驿站的设立模式及运营管理进行了分析和借鉴;并提出在区域创新驿站设立时应注意创新驿站定位、网络框架、服务思路、实施主体、网络建设实施、网络兼容性和技术经纪人培养等问题。

To support the innovation activities of SME, innovation relay center （IBC） plan which includes the building of regional innovation relay center is put forward. To give support of the building of innovation relay center plan, the paper analyzes the models of building and operation of IRC in European Union and Shanghai. It is proposed that problems should be taken into consideration, such as the positioning, net framework, service model, implementation body, net building, compatihility of net, and culture of technology broker.
