摘要
在激烈的市场竞争中,企业要获得长期的竞争优势,就必须拥有自主创新能力。而科技信用缺失严重地阻碍了企业自主创新过程的顺利进行。文章列举了企业在自主创新过程中出现的各种科技信用缺失行为,表现在自主创新研制过程和自主创新扩散过程,并从运行管理、经济和社会环境等因素分析导致科技信用缺失的根源。
In the intense market competition, if the enterprises want to have permanent competition advantage, they must have the ability of independent innovation. But the shortage of S＆T credit seriously handicaps enterprises＇ independent innovations. This paper presents some behaviors of shortage of S＆T credit during enterprises＇ independent innovations, including the research process and spreading process, and analyzes the reasons of the shortage of S＆T credit from the aspect of process management, economics and social environment.
