摘要 为了测度长三角区域技术创新效率,本文采用DEA数据包络分析法,通过建立技术创新效率投入产出指标体系,以我国其他省份为参照对像,测度了长三角苏、浙、沪两省一市的技术创新效率。研究结果表明,长三角地区技术创新效率平均值居全国首位,但是除了上海以外,江苏、浙江仍处于非DEA有效阶段,技术创新效率仍有进一步提升的空间。文章根据生产前沿面上的投影点分析,指出了江苏、浙江两省在投入产出方面的具体改进方向。 To measure the efficiency of regional technological innovation in Yangtze River Delta, by establishing the inputoutput indicators of the efficiency of technological innovation, the method of DEA is used to measure the efficiency of technological innovation of Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai in the Yangtze River Delta, comparing to other provinces in China. The results Show that the average efficiency of technological innovation in Yangtze River Delta ranks first in China. However, in addition to Shanghai, the efficiency of technological innovation of Jiangsu and Zhejiang is more than 0.8, but it is still in the stage of non-DEA efficient. There is space for improving the efficiency of technological innovation further. Finally, the specific direction of improvement on the input-output in Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces is pointed out in this paper.
