摘要
企业实施逆向物流的决策是一个包含产品回收和再制造的多层次决策,对其研究是逆向物流研究的基础。采用数学模型对不同决策下企业的收益进行分析,探讨了回收成本与企业实施不同层次逆向物流业务决策间的关系。通过对模型的数据分析,发现企业进行产品回收和再制造的条件并不相同,不同变量的变化对其的影响也完全不同。提出了促进逆向物流发展的三项应对措施:提升再制造能力、提高消费者环保意识、降低回流产品价格。
As a research foundation of reverse logistics, reverse logistics decision is the multi-level decisions in enterprises which contains product return and remanufaeture. This paper discusses income changes under different reverse logistics decision by the mathematical mode] in order to find the relation between the return cost and different reverse logistics decisions. By analyzing the data of the mode], a conclusion has been drawn that the conditions of product return and remanufacture are different, and the change of different variables has completely different influence on reverse logistics decisions. This paper proposes three measures to promote reverse logistics development: promoting remanufacturing capacity, raising the consumer's environment consciousness and reducing the price of remanufacture products.
