Undergraduate Tutorial System in Teaching of Tourism Management Specialty

将导师制引入旅游管理专业教学是一个有益的尝试,文章从我国旅游管理专业教育及导师制教学法的基本现状入手,分析了旅游管理专业本科教学实行导师制的必要性,提出了如何构建适合旅游管理专业本科生的导师制教学模式以及实施过程。在此基础上,指出旅游管理专业实行本科生导师制可能存在的问题,并提出发展建议。

It is a beneficial attempt to bring undergraduate tutorial system into tourism management specialty. Based on the current situation of teaching of tourism management specialty and tutorial system, the article analyses the necessity of adopting undergraduate tutorial system in tourism management specialty. The pattern and implementation process of establishing an undergraduate tutorial system which is suitable for tourism management specialty is put forward. And meanwhile it points out the problems in it. Finally, some strategies of further development are put forward.
