摘要
江苏利港电厂4期脱硫增压风机裕量过大,风机运行效率低,耗电率高,低负荷时容易抢风和失速。经过具体计算指出风机选型方面存在的问题,并提出了相关技术措施,为同类机组运行提供了参考。
The boost fans chosen in the forth phase of Jiangsu Ligang Power Plant have large design abundance.The fans often operate on low efficiency,and consume a lot of power.When the boiler working on low duty,the fans often go into a stall and scrambing for air.It must be point out that it exist some problems in choosing the correct fans after recalculating,and give out some technical suggestions.Gave a sample for reference.
