汽轮机停用高压油泵时油压下降的原因分析及对策

摘要 为了杜绝汽轮机在启动过程中停用高压调速油泵时发生因油压下降而导致被迫停机甚至烧瓦、断轴、飞车等事故,通过对汽轮机油系统结构、运行特点进行详细剖析和试验,着力分析系统信号源失灵等因素,再经过系统改造和运行操作优化,最终使油压在切换油泵过程中保持稳定,实践证明成效显著。 During the course of high-pressure oil pump out of use,the oil pressure drop leaded to forced outages or even steam turbine bush-burning,shaft broken,high speed and other accidents in start-up of steam turbine.In order to prevent similar incidents from happening again,the plant made detailed analysis and testing for the turbine oil system structure and operation characteristics,focus on analysis factors such as system signal source failure,and then made system transformation and optimization to remain the oil pressure stable in the process of hydraulic pump switching.The results proved that the effectiveness of the work is remarkable.
