冠状动脉支架术后再狭窄与血Lp(a)浓度的关系 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究冠状动脉支架术后再狭窄与血Lp(a)浓度的关系。方法冠状动脉支架术后4~9个月复查冠状动脉造影(CAG)患者167例,以CAG直径狭窄率≥50%为支架内再狭窄(ISR);以血Lp(a)浓度30mg/dl为界,分为高Lp(a)组与低Lp(a)组。结果 167例247处病变,再狭窄54例87处,再狭窄率32.3%。再狭窄组Lp(a)浓度明显高于无再狭窄组(P〈0.05);高Lp(a)组再狭窄率50%,低Lp(a)组再狭窄率23.4%(P〈0.01)。结论 Lp(a)是支架再狭窄的重要危险因素。 Objective To study the relationship between the coronary stent restenosis and the blood concentration of Lp(a).Methods 167 patients were reexamined by coronarography(CAG) for 4~9 months after coronary stenting.That the diameters stenosis rates were over or equal 50% showed by CAG was diagnosed as the in-stent restenosis(ISR).The blood concentration of Lp(a) was divided into high Lp(a) group and low Lp(a) group based on 30 mg/dl.Results Among total 247 cases of 167 patients,87 cases of 54 patients were ISR and the ISR rate was 32.3%.The blood concentration of Lp(a) was obvious in ISR group than non ISR group(P<0.05).The ISR rate was 50% in high Lp(a) group and 23.4% in low Lp(a) group(P<0.01).Conclusion Lp(a) is an important risk factor of ISR.
