摘要
目的评价因注射针头等针刺所造成的角膜穿孔伤及外伤性白内障的视觉电生理检查结果。方法对15例视觉电生理检查结果进行分析。包括受伤眼与对侧眼的ERG,F-VEP及OPs波。结果多数受伤眼ERGa、b波振幅降低64.3%~71.4%(P<0.01),峰潜时延长42.7%~78.6%(P<0.01);F-VEP振幅降低64.3%(P<0.01),峰潜时延长57.4%,(P<0.01);4眼OPs波消失。结论眼前段的针刺伤可引起视觉电生理检查结果的明显异常,故应考虑其累及眼后段的问题。
Purpose To evaluate the effects of corneal penetrating in injury and traumatic cataract caused by needles on elctro - phyiological examination. Methods Clinical records of 15 patients with traumatic cataract caused by needles were reviewed, including electroretingoram (ERG),flash visual evoked potentials (F-VEP) and oscillatory potentials (OPs). Results In the majority of injured eyes,the amplitude of ERG a or b wave decreased from 63.4% to 71.4% (P <0.01), the peak latencies delayed from 42.7% to 78.6% (P < 0.01 ); the amplitude of F - VEP decreased of 64. 3% (P < 0.01 ), and the peak latencies delayed 57.4%, compared to those of the normal fellow eye, OPs was unrecordable in 4 eyes. Conculsions The penetrating in injury of the anterior segment of the eye caused by needles may induce abnormality of electro physiology. The involvement of the posterior segment should be considered in this type of injuries.
