心电监护下老年性白内障超声乳化术

Phacoemulsification in senile cataracts with electrocardiographic monitor

目的对心电监护下的老年性白内障超声乳化术进行回顾性总结。方法伴有心血管病的老年性白内障47例（54眼），在心电监护下进行了超声乳化人工晶状体植入术。结果手术中发生血压增高、心肌缺血及心律变化者22例，经处理后好转。术后视力＞1．0者34眼（62．9％），0．5～0．9者17眼（31．5％），0．2～0．5者3眼（5．6％）。结论对老年性白内障伴有心血管病者，术中心电监护对提高手术的安全性十分重要。

Objective The results of phacoemulsifcation in senile cataracts with electrocardiongraphic monitor were reviewed. Methods 47 cases (54eyes) of senile cataract with angiocardiopathy were perfrmed phacoemulsifcation and intraocular lens impantation. Results During operation, 22 patients occurred occurred increase of blood pressure, myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia and controled by medcation. In postoperative,vision: 1 .0 or better in 34 eyes (62.9%),0.5 ~ 0.9 in 17 eyes (31.5%) and 0. 2 ~ 0.5 in 3 eyes (5. 6%). Conclusion electrocardiographic monitor in operation is very important for inceasing security of surgery of senile cataracts with angiocardiopathy.
