摘要 目的探讨准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)治疗近视的疗效。方法用准分子激光机和自动微型板层角膜刀对357眼进行LASIK术。在PRK参数基础上,根据患者的年龄、职业、近视度做适当调整,保留角膜厚度250μm以上。结果随访1年~2年,平均15月。屈光度矫正率:中低度组105.3%,高度组99%,超高度组86.4%,无严重并发症。结论LASIK适合治疗各种不同屈光度的近视,在超高度近视由于角膜厚度的限制,其疗效稍差。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of laser in-situ keratomileusis (LASIK) for the correction of myopia. Methods LASIK was performed on 357 myopic eyes with the excimer laser and automated corneal shaper. Laser parameters were adjusted based on the original prameters for PRK according to the age,ocupation,and the degree of myopia. Multizone ablation was used and the residual corneal bed thickness was 250 microns or thicker. Results The patients were followed up for 1 to 2years (mean, 15 months). The achieved corrections were 105. 3% (low to moderate myopia group),99% (high myopia group),and 86 % (ultrahigh myopia group) of the attempted correction in each group respetively.No severe complications occurred in the present study. Conclusion LASIK is effective for all amount of myoipa. However, the correction is limited by the corneal thickness in ultra-high myopic eyes.
