摘要
目的探讨疣状胃炎与胃癌之间的关系。方法采用免疫组化法检测APC蛋白在慢性浅表性胃炎、疣状胃炎及胃癌组织中的表达。结果疣状胃炎组APC蛋白阳性率（44．4％）显著低于慢性浅表性胃炎组（90％）（χ^2=15．97，P〈0．01），而与胃癌组（25％）比较无显著差异（χ^2=3．29，P〉0，05）。结论抑癌基因APC可能参与了疣状胃炎癌变过程。
Objective To explore the relationship between varioliform gastritis and gastric cancer. Methods The immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expressions of APC protein in chronic superfical gastritis, varioliform gastritis and gastric cancer. Results The postive expression rate of APC protein in varioliform gastritis group （44.4%） were significantly lower than in chronic superfieal gastritis group （90%）（χ2 = 15.97 ,P 〈0.01 ） ,and there was no difference between varioliform gastritis group and gastric cancer group （ 25 % ） （h,2 = 3.29,P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion APC tumor suppressor gene may involve in the transforming from varioliform gastritis to gastric cancer.
