摘要
目的了解乡镇医师对心肺复苏知识和技能的掌握情况、培训现状,探讨提高乡镇医师心肺复苏知识、技能的对策。方法采取自行设计的调查表,对232名乡镇医师在CPR培训前后进行调查。结果乡镇医师心肺复苏知识和技能的合格率低,对CPR专题培训需求率高(92.4%),通过CPR专题培训,被调查人员在培训后对心肺复苏知识及技能的知晓率显著提高(P<0.001)。结论乡镇医师心肺复苏知识和技能普遍缺乏。应加强基层医院医务工作者心肺复苏知识及技能的培训,建立一个CPR规范化培训及考核的模式是必要的。
Objective To investigate the present situation, especially the training of Cardiopulmonary resuscitation （CPR） knowledge and skills of village doctor,and discussed the countermeasures of improve the CPR knowledge and skills of village doctor, Msthods Self- designed questionnaires were used,232 village doctors were compared by questionnaires in- vestigate before and after CPR training. Results The CPR knowledge and skills eligibility rate among the village doctor, and the demand rate for the CPR knowledge was high（92.4% ） ,and their knowledge and skills about CPR were significantly im- proved after receiving training（ P 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusion The village doctors show serious lack of CPR knowledge and skills. We should strengthen the CPR knowledge and skills training in village doctor, and it＇s important to have a standardize trainings and evaluation model of CPR.
