国产全氟丙烷气体治疗黄斑孔视网膜脱离

Use of domestic perfluoropropane (C_3F_8) gas for management of retinal detachment with macular hole

目的探讨国产全氟丙烷（perfluoropropaneC3F8）气体治疗黄斑孔视网膜脱离的价值。方法采用C3F8气体玻璃体腔内注入治疗26例（26眼），并与非注气治疗的21例（22眼）进行比较。结果注气法术后视网膜复位24眼（92．3％），视力提高21眼（80．8％），非注气法术后视网膜复位21眼（96％），视力提高12眼（54．6％）。视力提高两组差别有显著意义（P＜0．01）。结论C3F8气体治疗黄斑孔视网膜脱离，简便易行，术后视力恢复较好。

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of domestic Perfluoropropane(C3F8) gas used for management of retinal detachment with macular hale.Method 26 eyes of retinal detachment with macularr hole were operated,C3F8 gas was injected into vitreous cavity and compaired with 22 eyes operated without gas injection. Results In 24 eyes of 26 the retina was reattached and in 21 cases of 26 cases the vision was improved.conclusion Vitreous cavity injetion with C3F8 gas is valuable in treatment of retinal detachment with macular hole.
