摘要
目的研究静脉注射和非静脉注射吸食海洛因患者肱动脉血管内皮舒张功能的改变,探讨海洛因对人体神经-内分泌-免疫功能的影响及其相互之间的关系。方法超声检查34例静脉注射海洛因患者、30例非静脉注射海洛因患者和30例正常人对照组,肱动脉内皮依赖性(EDD)及非内皮依赖性(EID)舒张功能,并进行对比分析。结果三组肱动脉内径基础值无统计学意义(P>0.05);静脉注射海洛因患者肱动脉内皮依赖性和非内皮依赖性舒张功能,EDD/EID与对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.01);非静脉注射海洛因患者肱动脉内皮依赖性和非内皮依赖性舒张功能,EDD/EID与对照组比较有差异(P<0.05)。结论静脉注射和非静脉注射海洛因患者肱动脉内皮依赖性和非内皮依赖性舒张功能明显受损。肱动脉血管内皮舒张功能检查为吸食海洛因患者神经-内分泌-免疫功能损伤提供依据,还可以作为监测和评估病情的指标。
Objective To observe the changes of endothelial function of brachial artery in drug addicts who had intrave- nous injection or non - intravenous injection and study the mutual relations of heroin on the human nervous - endocrine - im- mune function. Methods The brachial artery endothelium -dependent (endothelium -dependent dilation, EDD) and endothe- lium - independent ( endothelium - independent dilation, EID) diastolic function were examed by ultrasound in 34 cases of intra- venous injection of heroin ,30 patients with non -intravenous injection of heroin patients and 30 normal controls, and comparative analysis he executed among these groups. Results The baseline brachial artery diameter was no significant among three groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). The brachial artery endothelium - dependent and endothelium - independent diastolic, EDD/EID in intravenous drug group were significantly different compared with the control group (P 〈 0.01 ). EDD/EID in non - intravenous groups was difference compared with the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The brachial artery endothelium - dependent and endothe- lium - independent diastolic relaxation are significantly impaired in intravenous and non - intravenous injection drug users. Bra- chial artery endothelial function examination provide the basis for the drug addicts who has nerve - endocrine - immune dys- function or not and monitor and evalue indicators of the disease.
