Standardize medical insurance management to reduce refusing payment

医疗保险的目标是利用有限的资金,为参保人员提供高质量的医疗服务。医保拒付成为当今医院的热点问题,笔者所在医院针对医保审查拒付情况,采取了一系列管理措施,使医保拒付率呈逐年下降的趋势,减少了医院的经济损失。

The purpose of medical insurance is that use limited funds for the insured that is providcd quality health services. The refusing payment of medical insurance has been a hot question for hospitals nowadays. According to refusing payment of medical insurance of our hospital, we used a series of measurement to reduce it year by year. By do it, we reduced economical lost of our hospital.
