三峡库区水环境人口容量分析

Analyses for the Population Carrying Capacity of Water Environment in Three Gorge Reservoir Region

围绕三峡库区经济、环境和人口的协调发展,在分析水环境人口容量内涵的基础上,依据三峡库区人口、经济与环境的现状与发展趋势,以保护三峡库区水环境质量为目标,计算了库区水环境人口容量限值,结果表明库区目前人口承载量已经对水环境安全造成了严重威胁。最后进行了人口超载的原因分析,提出增加人口容量的措施与对策。

The population carrying capacity of water environment（PCCWE） in Three Gorge Reservoir Region（TGRR） was calculated based on the actuality and developmental trend of the economic,environment and population after some comments on the connotation of PCCWE,in order to promote the coordinated developments of economics,environment and population in the region.The results indicated that the population in TGRR was already exceeded the PCCWE of the region presently,which posed threats on the water environment security.The causes for the over-loaded population were analyzed.Also,measures and countermeasures for increasing the population carrying capacity were suggested.
