摘要
对南湖区引进民营监管公司监管排污新模式的实践进行了深入分析,最后指出在环境监管多元化进程中,第三方监管将是环境保护重要的政策工具。
This thesis gives in-depth analysis on the practice of the new mode introduced by Nanhu District on supervision of pollution discharge by private supervision company.Finally it points out that during the process of various ways of environment supervision,supervision by the third party will be the important tool for environmental protection.
