摘要
针对苏北平原某新建水闸闸墩出现竖向裂缝的现象,经整体结构混凝土温度场和徐变应力场的有限单元法多工况仿真计算,分析研究了这些裂缝成因的主要机理,定量分析了引起闸墩混凝土开裂的主导因素:混凝土温度变形、混凝土自身体积变形与干缩变形及基础底板的约束作用.就此,相应地提出了一些避免这类裂缝产生的主要工程措施的建议.
For the phenomenon of vertical cracks formed in the piers of a new built water sluice in the North Jiangsu Plain,using finite element method,many conditions' numerical simulation was done about the temperature field and creep stress field of the whole constructional concrete,the mainly mechanism of these concrete cracks' formation was analyzed,such as concrete's temperature deformation,and the restrain action of the base plate of the foundation,then,some suggestions were put forward to avoid such cracks' formation.
