解读粮食安全问题的新视角:开源节流并举——兼论河南家庭粮食消费损失现状及对策

TAPPING NEW SOURCES OF SUPPLY & REDUCING CONSUMPTION-A NEW PERSPECTIVE ON SOLVING THE PROBLEM OF GRAIN SECURITY——On the present condition of household grain consumptiom loss in Henan Province and the countermeasures

面对当前严峻的世界粮食形势,我国特别重视发展粮食生产,但是粮食节流也是不可忽视的一面,提高粮食利用效率、节约粮食,杜绝粮食浪费,也应是应对粮食安全挑战的重要举措。从河南省家庭粮食消费损失现状调查结果看,现阶段我国粮食消费过程中的损失是很大的,提出:树立合理饮食观念,提倡适度消费;普及粮食营养知识,倡导科学消费;调整粮食结构,使消费结构、种植结构和营养结构相互促进、互为引导;完善粮食利用体系,提高粮食利用率和转化率等粮食消费减损对策。

Faced with the present severe situation of world grain,our country attaches special attention to the development of grain production but tapping new sources of supply and reducing consumption is another aspect to be reckoned with.As an important move to respond to the challenge of grain security,we should improve the efficiency in grain utilization,economize on grain and put an end to wasting grain.A survey of the present condition of household grain consumption loss in Henan Province shows that the loss caused by grain consumption is enormous at the present stage.Thus the paper puts forward some countermeasures to reduce grain consumption loss such as acquiring a reasonable dietary mode of thought,advocating moderate consumption,popularizing knowledge about grain nutrition,promoting scientific consumption,adjusting grain structure,perfecting grain utilization system,raising grain utilizing and transforming ratio,etc.
