摘要
当前,很多非核心期刊的普通高校学报都面临着稿源"量升质降"的问题。造成这种状况的原因是多方面的:从浅层次看,既有作者方面的原因,也有高校学报方面的原因;从深层次看,则是当前不合理的人才培养、选拔、考核与评价机制的问题。解决这些问题除了需要高校学报自身不断努力之外,还需要得到高校领导的重视与支持。
At present,many non-core ordinary university journals face the problem of ＂rising quantity but falling quality＂ of the manuscript sources.Various reasons contribute to this situation.Viewed from the shallow level,the problem lies in both the author and the university journal.Viewed from the deep level,the problem lies in the unreasonable mechanism of personnel training,selecting,inspecting and appraising.Solving these problems needs the attention and support of the university leaders as well as the unceasing effort made by the university journal itself.
