摘要
坚持以人为本的教育理念,做好辅导员工作,更好地发挥辅导员的作用,既是一个理论问题,更是一项重要的实践课题。以人为本的高校辅导员工作的实践特征主要包括:第一是把握两点,把学生作为工作的出发点和落脚点;第二是遵循两个规律,即学生思想发展规律和教育规律;第三是始终贯穿两个字,即"尊重"。
It is both a theoretical issue and an important topics for practice to stick to humanity-oriented educational ideology,to perform effectively the duty of the instructor and to give better play the role of the instructor.The practical work of humanity-oriented instructor has the following major features: firstly,grasping 2 points,namely taking the student as the starting point and the foothold of the work;secondly,following 2 rules,namely the developing and educating law of students' ideology;thirdly,the work is permeated with one word,namely " respect".
