摘要
应用PCR技术和小型聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳银染色检测法,对云南白族人群和云南汉族人群D17S30,D1S80和ApoB基因座遗传多态性进行了调查.发现白族人群D17S30基因座有11个等位基因,其频率范围为00027~01818;D1S80基因座有19个等位基因,频率范围在00043~02414.汉族人群D17S30基因座有12个等位基因,其频率范围为00048~01920;D1S80基因座有18个等位基因,频率范围为00030~02633;ApoB基因座有12个等位基因,频率范围为00039~04648.
The polymorphism distribution of loci D 17 S 30 , D 1S 80 in the Bai Ethnic group and loci D 17 S 30 , D 1S 80 and ApoB in Han people in Yunnan was studied in PCR, PAGE and silver staining. The results showed that the alleles (range of genes frequencies) of locus D 17 S 30 and locus D 1S 80 were 11 (0.002 7~0.181 8) and 19 (0 004 3~0 241 4) in the Bai Ethnic group. The genes (and genes frequencies) of loci D 17 S 30 , D 1S 80 and ApoB were 12 (0 004 8~0 219 0), 18 (0 003 0~0 263 3) and 12 (0 003 9~0 464 8) in Han people. Also, the data of the discrimination power (DP) and the heterozygosity of the reciprocal locus on two people were obtained in this study.
