胃癌组织中碳酸酐酶Ⅸ和VEGF的表达及其临床意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨碳酸酐酶Ⅸ(CAⅨ)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在胃癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组化方法检测56例胃癌组织及癌旁正常组织中CAⅨ和VEGF的表达。结果胃癌组织中CAⅨ和VEGF的阳性表达率分别为69.6%(39/56)和73.2%(41/56),在癌旁正常组织无表达,CAⅨ和VEGF的阳性表达率与肿瘤大小、分化程度、TNM分期及淋巴结转移有关,随分化程度的降低及TNM分期的进展逐渐增高(<0.05),随肿瘤直径的增大及淋巴结转移而增加(<0.01);CAⅨ和VEGF的表达相关性不强。结论CAⅨ和VEGF参与胃癌的发生、发展和浸袭转移,但两者可能无协同作用。
