经桡动脉和股动脉径路冠脉介入治疗急性心肌梗死的对照研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的评估经桡动脉入径冠脉介入治疗急性心肌梗死(AMI)的安全性及疗效。方法将126例AMI患者按动脉穿刺入径分为桡动脉组66例和股动脉组60例。观察两组间动脉穿刺时间、PCI的成功率、穿刺点压迫时间、穿刺点局部并发症、下肢静脉血栓、神经反射性心动过缓/低血压、尿潴留的发生率情况。结果桡动脉组成功63例,股动脉组成功58例。两组在动脉穿刺时间、介入成功率、下肢静脉血栓差异无显著性(>0.05);穿刺点压迫时间、穿刺点局部并发症、神经反射性心动过缓/低血压、尿潴留的发生率,桡动脉组明显少于股动脉组(<0.05)。结论经桡动脉入径治疗血管并发症少,且有利于有效安全的抗凝治疗,可作为AMI直接冠状动脉介入治疗选择的血管途径之一。
