触诊阴性乳腺癌的超声造影诊断价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨超声造影对触诊阴性乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法病理证实的触诊阴性乳腺病变60例,其中恶性21例。回顾性分析其钼靶X线征象及超声检查资料,分析其影像学特征,对比两者对病灶诊断效能。结果21例乳腺癌术前钼靶X线阳性率85.5%(18/21),超声造影阳性率76.2%(16/21),术前诊断准确率X线为83.33%(15/18),超声造影为93.75%(15/16)。结论超声造影对诊断触诊阴性乳腺癌准确率高,是鉴别触诊阴性乳腺癌的有效手段。
