摘要
"长三角一体化"概念在2008年首次进入中央文件并正式上升到了国家层面,长三角一体化的进程因此得到全面提速。长三角经济迅猛发展带动的交通物流量的急剧增加导致了区域交通运输供求关系的严重失衡,交通拥挤、事故增多、环境日益恶化已经成为了长三角交通运输所面临的严重问题。通过借鉴国际先进经验,提出在长三角区域建设立体化多模式联动的综合交通体系,探讨了建设立体交通联动体系的主要任务,联动机制以及相关措施建议。
The concept of integrated development of Yangtze River Delta has been raised to national level at the first time in year 2008;the process of integrated development of Yangtze River Delta is therefore speeded up.However,traffic congestions,incidents and deteriorating environment have become serious problems facing to this area due to dramatically increased traffic volume.This paper proposed an integrated transportation system based on linkages of multimodal transportation.The main tasks,linkage mechanism and recommended solutions of this system are also discussed in light of international advanced experiences.
