省域旅行社行业竞争力比较实证研究——以江苏和浙江为例 被引量:4

COMPARATIVE STUDY OF COMPETITIVE POWER OF TRAVEL SERVICE INDUSTRY——A CASE STUDY OF JIANGSU AND ZHEJIANG PROVINCES

摘要 对学者关于旅游竞争力研究成果进行了回顾、梳理,利用经营效益、市场、企业规模、人力资源、生产和成本6个指标构建了旅行社业竞争力的三级评价指标体系,基于2007年江浙两省旅行社年检数据,对江浙旅行社业竞争力进行对比分析。结果表明,江浙两省旅行社业发展各有千秋,但从整体竞争力来说,浙江旅行社业稍逊于江苏。最后提出了进一步提升浙江旅行社竞争力的对策和建议。 This paper first reviews and teases scholars’ research results of tourism comparative study.Then it establishes a three-level index system for evaluating the competitiveness of travel agency industry by adopting 6 indexes as operation efficiency,market,scale,human resource,manufacture and cost.Based on annual survey data of travel service industry of Zhejiang and Jiangsu provinces in 2007,the paper analyzes the competitive power of travel service industry of the two provinces.The results of the analysis indicate that travel service industry of the two provinces both develop well,but as a whole,travel service industry of Zhejiang is not so well as Jiangsu.Therefore,in the end of the article we propose some countermeasures and suggestion to enhance the competitive power of Zhejiang travel service industry.
