新中国60年浙江海洋经济发展与未来展望

THE DEVELOPMENT ACHIEVEMENTS AND FUTURE PROSPECTS OF MARINE ECOMOMY OF ZHEJIANG IN THE PAST 60 YEARS

回顾浙江海洋经济60年来的发展历程,是一个海洋意识不断深化、海洋经济体制不断创新的60年,更是一个海洋产业快速崛起、海洋资源开发不断深化的60年,也是新中国海洋经济发展的缩影。特别是改革开放以来,浙江围绕市场经济改革探索海洋经济新的发展模式,已完全突破传统海洋经济的范畴,逐步转型成为一种综合性的经济体系、陆海一体化经济、全新的经济发展模式。在新的时代背景下,浙江海洋经济应从全球战略的角度,加快"海上浙江"建设步伐,实施区域联动发展战略,推进海洋资源的深度开发与综合利用,使得海洋经济成为浙江新一轮经济发展的重要引擎和实现经济社会可持续发展的强有力保障。

The 60-year developing history of marine economy in Zhejiang Province is regarded to be a journey during which the ocean sense is unceasingly strengthened and marine economy system is continuously innovated.During the period,marine industry grew up at great speed and the exploration for marine resource was intensified constantly.Especially for the period since the initiating of Reform and Open Policy,Zhejiang,centering on the market economy,have been seeking after a new mode for its marine economy development.Marine economy in Zhejiang has completely broken through its traditional concept.It has gradually transformed to a comprehensive new integrated economy system in which land and sea is combined together as an integration.Since the world entered the new century,marine economy in Zhejiang shall be concerned from a global prospect.Construction pace of Marine Based Zhejiang shall be speeded up;carry out the Regional Linkage Development strategy,and impel the further exploration and comprehensive utilization of marine resource,making marine economy be the important engine of Zhejiang new round economy growth and the powerful leverage for the sustainable development of economic society.
