鲑鱼降钙素对绝经后骨质疏松症的影响

Effect of salmon calcitonin on postmenopausal osteoporosis

目的观察鲑鱼降钙素对绝经后骨质疏松症的作用。方法鲑鱼降钙素治疗组９２例，隔日肌注５０Ｕ，每日加服元素钙３００ｍｇ，单用钙剂治疗的对照组２３例，每日服元素钙３００ｍｇ。疗程６个月。结果用药组腰２～４椎骨密度分别升高９．３％，１０．６％和８．９％，髋部骨密度无改变，与此同时，血骨钙素明显升高，尿羟脯氨酸／肌酐比值明显降低。对照组用药前后无明显改变。结论鲑鱼降钙素有改善绝经后骨质疏松病人腰椎骨密度作用，其机理与增加骨合成和降低骨吸收有关。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of salmon calcitonin in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis, regarding changes in bone mineral density and biochemical parameters. Methods A total of 115 patients completed a 6 month study. 92 patients were given 50U of synthetic salmon calcitonin (42 Miacalcic and 50 Salcatonin) i.m. every other day and 300mg of elementary calcium orally every day. 23 control patients received only 300mg of elementary calium orally every day. Results A significant increase in spinal bone mineral density (BMD) as measured by DEXA was noted in patients treated with salmon calcitonin. The gains in L 2, L 3 and L 4 BMD after 6 months were 9.3%, 10.6% and 8.9% respectively. No significant change in the control group was found. A significant decrease in urinary hydroxyproline/creatinine ratio and a significant increase in serum bone glaprotein (BGP) were found in the treated group, as compared to the controls. Conclusion 50 U of salmon calcitonin, administered every other day, increases BMD in postmenopausal osteoporotic women and its action may relate to the inhibition of bone resorption and the stimulation of bone formation.
